Do not buy anything from them I purchase a dress for $758 and the zipper does not function like a normal dress dress should the merchant told me to try to use a bar soap to see it works I told him it did not work he said he will contact the designer his response from them see below (I am being told the hidden zipper for dresses that have the decoration on it have to be zipped up carefully. They all work the same way. Another zipper will not work. This is the professional opinion of 2 seamstresses working for us. ) I have already told the owner of the store that I did try to get the zipper change already and was told it will not fix the issue. I am confuse who buy a dress to use soap or wax to make the zipper work. The merchant instead of addressing the issue with the merchant rather let a a consume be upset and let the designer get away with unacceptable behavior

NEVER again Overpriced, and the 5 day return policy is ridiculous. And by the way, you will NEVER get a refund, only a credit to a store with clothing you will NEVER wear again. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered a size 00 and this dress is way too big!

The dress sucked and didn’t fit, I didn’t get my money back or a chance to exchange it.

I was charged for the dress and never received it.

I was told that I could exchange my dress if I was not satisfied and that they had many beautiful dresses to choose from...NOT. The second dress was listed as silver and it came in dark gray now I have to eat the cost... THANKS!! Still waiting on my refund check!!!!

I ordered a regular size dress which was a little small. The representative was unfriendly and said he would look into getting the next size up. Again this was not a custom sized dress. That was 2 months ago. I will not recommend or order another dress from Madame Bridal.
