The day that I received my dress, I was happily surprised at how beautifully packaged my dress was!!. ...and if course, my dress was just as beautiful ❤ as the packaging and I LOVED ❤ it! I live in a rural area without easy access to stores in which to shop for a mother-of-the-bride dress. Madame Bridal enabled me to procure a beautiful dress that was in very short supply due to the coronavirus pandemic. They even went the extra step and had the manufacturer send me a picture of the actual dress so I could see the color. With all the restrictions in our country now, I am so relieved that I don't need to stress over finding the right dress. Excellent customer service!
