I was skeptical but the dress came in fast and it fits great!!

My daughter is getting married next year, and with COVID, I am starting to look for the Mother of the Bride dress. They have many small bridal shops where I live and some only specialize in wedding dresses. Most have a small inventory of Mother of the Bride dresses. The owner was very easy to talk with and offered a link for me to view at my leisure so I don't feel rushed trying to pick out a dress. I appreciate the assistance offered and already saw many beautiful dresses. I only wish the shop was closer to where I reside.

An hour after I ordered my dress online (I couldn’t shop in person because of COVID-19 and it was a very overwhelming experience), the owner of Madame Bridal called me personally to talk about my preferences and confirm my measurements ... which I had wrong! I would’ve gotten a dress FOUR sizes too big if Simon hadn’t called to confirm. Furthermore, the dress is gorgeous, no tailoring needed. It is substantial—big and elegant and weddingly. And it was made and shipped with plenty of time to spare. Very good customer service and product! My fiancée is going to love it as much as I do. So thank you kindly for that!

I ordered my dress on line. The first size was to big so I had to return the dress and get a smaller size. It I was very easy. The dress came well packaged. I love it and can’t wait for my daughters wedding and to be able to wear the beautiful dress. Thank you for making this an easy transaction.

What an Amazing Experience!!! They blew me away with the customer service that all businesses should aim for. Even during this crazy quarantine time, they found a way to get me everything I needed and so quickly! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family a million times over! They even go the extra mile to send you an gorgeous live orchid in the mail after your purchase! I mean how CUTE!!!

I ordered what I believed was a full wedding gown. While ordering I was contacted by the store clarifying my order. Thank goodness for this follow up. Cuz I was not buying a full dress it was just the corset!!! I'm so glad the store took the time to reach out and take care of me. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order but the experience was very nice.

Madame bridal is an awesome place where you can find beautiful dresses for almost every occasion. they have a great customer service that can help with checking availability of dresses and sizing as well. on top of that, they really care about their customers. I got a wedding dress from them for my wedding in August. they have strict return policy about wedding dresses. Due to coronavirus and all of this crazy situation. My wedding was canceled. I talked to the owner, and he was very understanding of the situation and helped me find solutions to my problem. I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends. Thank you Madame bridal!
