I was told by a local shop that a flower girl dress we wanted for a December wedding was discontinued. I found the exact same dress on the Madame Bridal Website and after chatting with Brad Simon on LiveChat, was relieved to find out it was not. I have every intention of ordering her flower girl dress in a couple days after I figure out what size to select. Madame Bridal is a true lifesaver!

I spoke with Brad who is a customer representative, and was extremely helpful and made me feel confident ordering the dress from this company. Shipping was going to be about 10 days but when Brad told me I would get it in 4 days, that sealed the deal for me. Especially with the covid virus, my son and his fiance decided to get married at the end of July and I was a little nervous that I would't get the dress on time. Thanks Brad for being so helpful!

The customer service is superior! One, I am pleased with the selection of gowns; two, all of my questions were answered (being that I called from Las Vegas, I was treated as though I was there, in the boutique, with a glass of champagne); and three, my gown arrived quicker than expected. Thank you for treating me like a VIP! You have a loyal customer!

Great service!!! So polite. Called today needing explanation about a wedding dress color, whether ivory or white. I got the best response that was SO HELPFUL!
