I fell in love with a gown for my daughter’s wedding that I saw on a celebrity parent. I found the designer and they distributed through Madame Bridal. I was very nervous about color and fit and buying a gown sight unseen. The folks at Madame Bridal both on line and in store could not have been more helpful! When the gown arrived, it was PERFECT! Color, quality and sizing were all spot on. These folks know their business and I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Simon on Madame Bridal. He was very responsive and since I already knew the dress I wanted he helped me a lot with the decision on the color of the dress. Also, the entire team did its best to talk to the producer and have my dress shipped as I was told from the beginning. I received it with an international shipment just in time for potential adjustments before my wedding. I really appreciated the professionalism in walking me through all the ordering and shipping process and the care they took so that the deadline was respected.

I cannot wait to wear my mother of the bride dress~ It is beautiful and I am so thankful that I was able to order it directly from your site verses having to travel back to the bridal shop where I had tried it on. My dress came well before expected delivery (3 months) and I could not be more pleased.
