Very helpful shop with a great selection. Walked me through how to order the dress I wanted, how long it would take, correct sizing, color, etc. Thought the owner was very knowledgeable. Can't wait to see the dress when it arrives!

Great company to work with! Got my dress in one week straight from manufacturer which was even sooner than promised. No complaints at all. Process of ordering over the phone was super easy too.

WOW!!! This was the best decision I have made this year!! I ordered my daughter's wedding dress from Madame Bridal, and I am so glad I did. I am the mother of six, and my oldest daughter is getting married. We have a modest budget, so when she picked out a $1300.00 dress, I panicked. I didn't want to tell her she couldn't have her dream dress, so instead, I spent hours on the internet looking for the same dress at a lower price. I read numerous reviews and warnings about ordering gowns online, but I just couldn't spend that much money. Then, I found an almost identical dress at Madame Bridal for much less. I called them and spoke to Simon. He assured me he could get the dress in the size she needed by April. I placed the order, and the dress arrived just 6 weeks later - in February!! It fits perfectly and is exactly what I ordered!! I am so happy, I am tearing up as I type this. THANK YOU MADAME BRIDAL!!!

Went into the store in Boynton Beach mall and received excellent top notch service. The dresses are beautiful but the customer service is even better. I like that they work with any budget and treat you like a star regardless of your budget. Definitely recommend, and will be back for Bridesmaid dresses.

Great online chat service, easy order and payment process with clear measurement guidelines and ordering process, and international delivery service met specified timeframes with priority delivery rate. Online ordering always nerve-wracking having not seen product however they delivered a beautiful dress, well made, and very good fit only needing minor adjustments to suit individual body. Very happy.
