Service was great. I received the dress which I could not return and I would say 20% of the rhinestones were missing. Disappointed in the dress and had to have a seamstress rework it which cost almost as much as the dress.

Free shoes and veil not as promised. Employees very nice but hard to get a hold of. I called and emailed many times with someone getting back to be over a week later saying they would look into my issue. 2 weeks later nothing from them. They advertise free shoes up to $150 in value and free veil, they said to upload pictures of shoes and veil I prefer they would then select something similar. My dress is Ivory, I received a white veil with comb sewn on backwards and off center, I asked for a shoe with heel no higher than 3 inches I received flats with big plastic pearls and rhinestones, shoes are cheap plastic. Dress is beautiful
