I bought a beautiful dress I paid over $500 I didn't realize it was a special order and get refund or exchange it So I'm stuck with the dress. I also paid for 2-day delivery received it in 4 days. Poor customer service.

Not clear enough communication on their return policy or the fact that nothing you order is available in their store, therefore will be considered “special order”. Very misleading! They do not take any responsibility for anything!!! They are basically just the middleman for the manufacturer’s, marking up the cost and refusing to refund one cent regardless of circumstances. I ordered based on exact measurements. Now I’m stuck with a $300.00 dress that is so big, it would have to be rebuilt to fit. Thanks but no thanks. DONT BOTHER ORDERING from these unethical people!!!
