The dress I originally received was the wrong size. I called and talked to Simon and he immediately went to work on a resolution for me. He ordered me a new dress and provided a way for me to send the wrong one back. He was so kind and easy to work with. Thank you Simon for fixing this for my daughter’s homecoming!

Hi Kelly, I believe you just missed our email to you. I just spoke with Cinderella Couture. They will deliver the XL to you by Thursday and will send you a return label for the XL. Is that OK?
