Excellent customer service, promt response

Madame bridal and their staff was lovely to interact with. I ordered a dress to be overnighted by the shop; unfortunately, due to the FedEx plane crash, the Express package did not arrive on time. This was at no fault of theirs. The owner spoke with me and attempted to make everything right, which he did. I will definitely use them again.

Tried on the dress at a few local stores. Got the model number and found it at a better price online. Dress came in perfect conditions and fast shipping. Loved that I was able to communicate with the owner directly before purchasing

The owner took my phone call, confirmed he had a dress in stock for me and shipped it right away! I was nervous ordering online from a store I hadn't been to in person; and he was even kind enough to talk me through that as well

Very good company

Dress is stunning. Great quality and true to size

The shipping was on time and the dress is as described. Customer service was very prompt and they helped out with the pricing as well

They went above and beyond to make sure my dress would arrive on time by the date I needed. Their communication was great and supper quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. I received my dress in perfect condition, it’s an absolutely beautiful dress. I would definitely order from here again without a doubt.
