I did not receive my purchase and the customer service is unwilling to help me track down my missing order. Terrible customer service and simply unacceptable! Definitely the last time I order from this store!

Do not buy anything from Madame Bridal. I bought a dress based on their size recommendation that was way too small. They ignored my first attempts to get an exchange. Then they sent me a nasty email that said “ if you don’t hear from us, you are out of luck “.

My experience with Madame Bridal was extremely disappointing. I ordered a dress to TRY for my daughters wedding, it came and did not fit so I called the very next day to get a return label only to be told you would not take the dress back. I've never heard of any store or on line purchase not allowing to return something that does not fit. I have spoken to numerous retailers about this and all of them were shocked that you would not allow the dress to be returned. You said I checked the box that I accepted the Terms, but I never actually saw the terms. What a bad practice that you would expect anyone who had never even tried on a dress they ordered on line, not to be able to return it if it did not fit. Very Bad business.

Worst experience ever with customer service and returns. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a dress almost 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I payed 25 dollars for 10 day shipping and I am now on my 19th business day without my package. I would not have ordered the dress if i knew it would take this long to arrive.

You aren’t responding to my emails I wanted the dress or i won’t be paying for it but after i ordered and payed you said the dress is not available why was it available when i ordered you got in touch with me and I said i want a refund and you said it will be there by Monday that’s two and a half weeks ago I tried Every content you have but you where not responding to any

It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered my dress and I have still not received a tracking number. Terrible customer service. I call every other day, asking for my tracking number, the woman keeps saying she’ll send it to me and she still hasn’t. I payed $600 for my dress, praying i dont get scammed.

My daughter and I ordered a dress, rush shipping. Never got a confirmation that the dress shipped so I text and tried to call. Got nothing. My daughter called a different number and a lady with a foreign accent tells her that the order was cancelled 3 days ago. I still have not received an email concerning the dress!!!!
