I didn't receive my order on time as promised when I made the order. It is already 2 months and the dress wasn't delivered. I paid about USD 500 for nothing.

The dress you sent is NOT a size 18 and as long as your not going to pay me back, I WILL NOT send the dress back. Give me back my money and you'll get the dress back. This is NOT up for negotiation.

A one star rating is more than what truly is deserved. If I could do zero stars, I would. Due to the pandemic, my dress had to be ordered from the manufacture. When this happens, you cannot return your order. The gentleman I spoke with guaranteed me that I would be able to return the order for a full refund if needed, given the circumstances. The dress is beautiful, but it did not work for me. When I went to return it, I was told I could get a store credit but not my money back. That was not the case. I was told I could get a store credit. Seriously? I would NEVER order from this place again!! So here I am stuck with a dress that I can’t wear.

Ordering was great, they even hooked us up with a small discount to match a competitors price. The item was not shipped when they said it would be, so we had to cancel because it wouldn't arrive in time for the event in which it was purchased for. They charged a ridiculous amount of $ as a "restock fee" although it was never even pulled and shipped. Will never order from them again.

When a dress is not available we let customer know right away therefore, your order was cancelled "4 minutes" after the order was placed and an email was sent to the email we have on file. Please check the date when the cancellation email was sent. Thank you.
