Never sent the laptop. Even called to sound sincere.

Really disappointing experience. I pre-ordered a computer using Affirm and waited two weeks with no updates. I called the store, and they said they’d get back to me but never did. When I followed up again, they told me they weren’t getting the item anymore. I even asked if we could switch to a different computer since my Affirm loan would affect my purchasing power, but they just canceled the order instead. No effort to communicate or make things right.

They never help respond

I call three times for know when the computer will arrive at the store but never received any information.
