MacPro-LAReviews of macprola.com

Genuinely impressed with MacPro-LA. I bought an unlocked iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB and it arrived exactly as described — 100% genuine Apple parts (I checked the Parts & Service History myself), correct storage, truly unlocked, and in great cosmetic condition. The price beat every major refurbisher I compared, by a wide margin, for the identical phone. What really stood out was how easy they were to communicate with. I texted them with a bunch of questions before buying — battery health, condition, return policy — and they replied quickly and clearly every time. No pressure, no vague runarounds, just straight answers that made me comfortable hitting buy. The phone showed up well-packaged and set up without a hitch. After a long, frustrating search across a bunch of sellers, MacPro-LA was the one that came through with a legit product, honest pricing, and genuinely helpful communication. Highly recommend — I'd buy from them again.

Never sent the laptop. Even called to sound sincere.

Really disappointing experience. I pre-ordered a computer using Affirm and waited two weeks with no updates. I called the store, and they said they’d get back to me but never did. When I followed up again, they told me they weren’t getting the item anymore. I even asked if we could switch to a different computer since my Affirm loan would affect my purchasing power, but they just canceled the order instead. No effort to communicate or make things right.

They never help respond

Excellent customer service. Easy to talk with the actual owner, Ray, with any questions. I am in love with my MacBook Pro I purchased from them this month. It came with no scratches - looks brand new. Highly recommend! Will purchase from them again!

These guys are farm to table electronic gurus. They go above and beyond every time.

Best prices on the internet. I called cause the checkout was bugging out, the guy completed payment over the phone and had me otw with my tracking number in like a minute.

I needed a powerful machine for an editing project in Premiere Pro that had multiple layers and needed to run fast. MacPro-LA helped me find the right computer to rent, worked with my budget, and helped trouble shoot. I would recommend them.
