What a horrible experience using their website. Purchased many previous books from vitalsource and I can access it immediately. But this awful website, NOPE why cant I access a book I paid for even with the access code? Im also not surprised by other horrible reviews left. This is most certainly the worst website in the world. I cant even believe I made an account here to leave a review. I know nothing will be done because they do not care.

Francamente lamentable.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience ordering from Macmillan E-learning. The product description did not clearly state that online access for the book would only become available once the physical package had been shipped. I needed the access sooner and only discovered this after placing the order. I tried to cancel the order immediately, while it had not even been processed yet, but I was told cancellation was not possible because the package would need to be shipped first. This makes no sense from a customer-service perspective, especially since the issue was caused by unclear product information. Now I am expected to pay both the delivery cost and the return delivery cost, which adds up to more than €50. Macmillan refuses to offer any meaningful help, refund, or take responsibility for the lack of clarity in their product description. They even had the insolence to call the reason for my product 5495return a "change of mind". Overall, this has been a very disappointing and expensive experience. I would strongly advice against ordering from Macmillan E-learning.

McMillan Learning is incredibly expensive and feels more focused on profit than student learning. I was required to pay $130 for six month temporary access to an online textbook. Also, an additional $16 for a six-month subscription for attendance. They pride themselves on affordable solutions, but were not willing to work with me on finding one.
