Don't make the mistake I made thinking this is something other than a mom and pop business. I ordered an ipad on Sunday and it was not shipped until the next Friday and won't arrive until 10 days after I ordered it (maybe). I called them four days after my order because I hadn't been notified that it had been shipped yet. I was told that they were sending it from one warehouse to another and yatta, yatta, yatta.... That means that they are storing these items in someone's garage and he is out of town so they have to wait until he gets back. I've had big items that had to be shipped via freight that got here quicker than this. Macmall is obviously an old school business that doesn't know how to get things out the door. I've learned my lesson and won't do business with them anymore. We just have too many choices to have to deal with this kind of business.

I purchased 4 refurbished HP All In Ones. Packaging was terrible and 2 arrived broken. For one of the power cords I received an extension cord. And for Mice and Keyboards I received Dell Products that looked like they had never been cleaned.

First, without any warning or disclaimer, Macmall sold me a computer that hadn't yet been released, so I had to wait a month to get it. Second, I found the customer service to be absolutely horrible. When I had a tech issue with the computer, it took multiple emails and more than a week just to get a response.

Inventory prices and shipping speed have always been great! And I’m a fan of being able to use Amazon Pay at checkout.

I've been shopping at MacMall since the early 2000's and have never been disappointed.

Placed an order, got phone call from tigerdirect (presumably macmall's parent?) regarding my order, voicemail that was left was pretty much incomprehensible. Also got an email so called number listed there but when agent answered they immediately hung up on me. Called main macmall number only to be put on hold for a while before getting transferred to a CS agent who was equally incomprehensible (maybe the same person?) and wanted to confirm my shipping and billing information. Upon reciting my information, she asked if I had already confirmed my shipping information. Huh? Was she not listening to what I had just said seconds before? I don't know. Overall a very confusing customer experience and one I doubt I will be going through again in the future.

Great customer service. Followed up with purchase, and I was amazed how fast my new laptop arrived.
