Over the years I have bought several computers from MacMall, and was very satisfied with both price and service. Your price is still good, but the service is now TERRIBLE! Yesterday I had some questions about what new Apple computer would be best for me. I started with Customer Service, and they routed me to Sales, and nobody could answer my questions. Then I tried Tech Service, and the person who answered had to look up a reply, and then read me what I had already seen on your web site (word for word). He could not answer my question, and also all the people I talked to were very slow, having to put me on hold several times. And all were hard to understand. I sympathize with third world workers, but I expect understandable English, especially in the Phllipines! Today I free to the nearest Apple Store where they answered my questions immediately. Then I called MacMall sales to order the $899 MacBook Air. Again bad English, and a VERY slow agent who had great trouble understanding me, and vice versa. She wanted the item number, which was NOT listed on your MacBookAir website, which I was seeing on my old MacBook as I was talking. She had trouble getting my credit card number right, even though I made the effort to speak extra slowly and clearly It took 15 minutes to complete the order. My time is valuable, and I doubt whether I will use MacMall again! ================================= Addendum: To make a bad experience even worse, when I received a copy of my order, It was at the wrong (much higher) price, and this caused my additional grief to get corrected! ================================= Herman Bieber
