Customer Service was awful
Customer Service was awful. Return Policy - 15% Restocking Fee for Unopened Item received a few days earlier - is ridiculous and contradicts stated policy on their website. I will never buy anything from them again.

Lower Price, Easier Ordering Experience
The price was lower, and ordering the Mac mini was easier than ordering it from Apple. I got what I wanted and quickly.
