Payment was made, order never received. Had to speak with multiple people to verify. Was told I would get a response within 24 hours....nothing. I called back about 48 hours later. I am a member of ShopRunner, which macmall site advertised, however, when I tried to use it, it charged me 30.00 more for the same product. First time and last time using MacMall. Updated: After posting this review I am moving my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Macmall reached out to me, which I have never had any company do, in order to personally apologize and see what they could do to resolve the issue and make me happier with my MacMall experience. They upgraded the shipping to 2-days for free, as well as offered me a discount on a future purchase. I must say, it is impressive that they called to follow up. I buy just about everything online and will leave negative reviews if warranted, but never had a company reached out to help resolve the issue.

MacMall is my 1st choice for iPads and MacBook Pro. Wonderful experiences, no problems, fast shipping.

The website was stuck processing my order for a few minutes, then suddenly refreshed the page. Unsure of whether my order went through and not wanting to duplicate a $650+ order, I tried the instant chat with support to inquire whether my order had been made. The person(?) on the instant chat asked me what I needed help with, but after promptly explaining my issue, I never got another message back. I called a support line I found and the woman there was able to confirm (with some uncertainty) that my order had not been placed. I placed the order again and it went through correctly.
