Two days shipping took 4 days.. Overall good so far.

Purchased a refurbished 2 in . Excellent condition, minimal packaging and instructions yet it was all that was needed. I would purchase from them again.

It was mostly okay. They wouldn't mail it to my personal mailbox. I understand they probably don't want to deal with "fraud" by sending items only to your home only, but I don't need expensive items sitting at my door step. I came here because it was a good deal, but after paying $35 for a domestic wire transfer that I could've paid on fast delivery it wasn't a good deal anymore.

The product that I ordered was not in stock. MacMall placed the order with the source that mailed it directly to me. Excellent job!!! Thank you, Rod.

I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.

I work at a tax exempt organization. I often have trouble buying off of sale emails (they can't give us the same price & we need to go through their government or they can't do tax exempt). They had a really good deal on a monitor, so I decided to give them a try. I sent an email to support. It was answered quickly by Dean. He told me to place the order on the website to get the deal price then email him the invoice and he would credit us for the taxes charged. Everything went VERY smoothly!

My order was delayed because the engraving information I included with my order was not available to the staff fulfilling my order. MacMall phoned me and e-mailed me to provide the engraving information to them again. My order was fairly small, two ipads, cases, backup drive, headsets, and an adapter cord. My order was sent in three different shipments. MacMall phoned me and asked if they could change my delivery address because they could not find a record of my name associated with the address I provided. MacMall asked if I knew a certain name, and I said yes that is my son. I left instructions to have the shipper contact me prior to delivery so that I could grant them access to my driveway through my electric gate. Three deliveries and not one call. All three deliveries were left at the gate and could have easily been stolen. The packages were addressed, C/O my son who lives in my home.
