I ordered a SLVR STORM RECHARGEABLE BT MED GRADE MS from this company, that also carried a SLVR STORM RECHARGEABLE W MED GRADE MS. Both had the same photo. Neither photo contained a USB flash chip that plugged into a computer, but that was the one I wanted. So I made an educated guess that BT meant bluetooth, and hence, would be the correct model. Nope, I was wrong, apparently W means Wireless, which means you get the USB chip. Get it? Neither do I. So because I ordered the "wrong item" based on their WRONG PHOTOS, they want a 15% restocking fee and for me to pay for return postage. My answer is to find another use for this mouse somewhere else in our office and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Two days and three calls to AppleCare later and the wifi connection continues to be an issue since it just quits for no reason. Still working on the problem. First time I've had an issue with a MacMall product. Not very happy at the moment.

I thought I was buying the last discontinued laptop. It said one was left. After I bought it, it still showed one was left. Turns out someone else must have bought it because the next day I got email saying you don’t have any more. I bought a couple of more things to go with it. I called to cancel those purchases. After canceling those purchases, I got more email telling me it was on the way. I got email today, Sunday, letting me know I got my full refund for my attempted purchase last Tuesday morning. I would have thought using computers would let the customer know an item is out of stock, especially a $2,000 laptop. I thought it took a little long to get my refund. I have bought computers fromMacmall before and was very pleased with the customer service that went with it. The people I spoke to on this attempted purchase were very nice. I suspect the refund process is slow and out of their control. I was disappointed you let me buy something you don’t have.

Great price. Prompt delivery. As advertised.

MacMall is a great company with great deals. However, their customer service is near non-existent so a major online purchase should be carefully weighed. If you live near a store, you can at least go in and speak to someone. It took them 1 week to adequately respond to my concern over a recent purchase of an external hard drive.

My most recent orders were easy to initiate online. However, I had to call in to force shipment on both orders. Please look into what happened and how to correct going forward.
