A nice computer, packed well, and shipped fast. A good value for the price. The only thing missing was a COA for the installed Windows 10 software. Hopefully I will never have to do a fresh install, but if I do it will cost me, where it should not.

I called to return an item. Customer service said he would check on getting me an RA number and get back to me in a minute. Never got back to me. I'm going to try again. I spent about $2500 on my purchase and returning an unopened $12 item should not involve this amount of work on my part. Person I spoke with was also very difficult to understand - not a clear English speaker.

Ordered a new standard configuration iMac Pro from Mac Mall on Black Friday. Order was confirmed by email and my credit card showed Mac Mall charged it. Received a phone call from their credit department for approval, no problem. THEN received another phone call from MM saying the item was not available (my screen shot at the time of order shows "available for immediate shipping") and they couldn't deliver the order. I shared the order was "confirmed" and he was to call me back with another offer. Never did. I called customer service later that week and they only offered that the item was no longer available . . . but it is still on their web site. I subsequently lost my Black Friday opportunity to save substantial $'s on this expensive item. Very dishonest dealings with an "approved" Apple dealer.

I have never had a problem with MacMall in over 20 years of purchasing computers from them. I have purchased Macs and PCs; I have purchased working on the phone through one of their representatives and straight off the website; and in each instance the purchase has been trouble-free and the equipment arrived on-time and in good shape. I would highly recommend MacMall.
