Good product

Lock didn’t fit my new MacBook so they’re sending me a different lock.

Maclocks is an excellent company with excellent service. Their goal is to keep the customer happy.

I have ordered multiple products at different quantities. Every purchase was successfully processed. They have accomodated my requests to key multiple products the same, and their support is incredible! Nimo and Paulina have always been phenomenal support for all of my questions regarding their products.

I like it! The Blade by Maclocks is brilliant! My laptop has no slot for a computer lock and The Blade is a perfect solution. Attached easily, is invisible till I need it, and the cable and combination lock are really well-made. I can recommend it highly.

Product was sent timely.

I ordered a Maclock from Amazon several months ago. When I received it, I couldn't set the combination. I reached out, and Maclocks kindly agreed to send me another lock. Unfortunately, this happened three more times. I simply couldn't reset the combination code! Finally, support agreed to set the lock for me and sent it to me since i obviously wasn't capable. This was top notch customer service, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I received my lock, and it works just as wanted. Thank you especially to Paulina.
