The product is awesome, but the communication could be a little better. I placed the order and heard nothing until the shirts arrived about a month later (which may have been extended because of Christmas shipping delays), which made me a little nervous. They did eventually respond to my email to ask if I had received the items. I'll likely order from them again.

The quality, prices and discts are great and make it an excellent purchase. Delivery usually took 3 weeks from date of ordering in my past 7 orders. This time it took an extra 5 days, which is acceptable. There was a mistake on my order (ie. no pockets as ordered on 5 of the 11 items purchased). Was handled promptly and a refund for the pockets is to be issued, as there isn't much else that can be done. Disappointed, but understanding of the limited options due to distance and shipping time & expense involved.
