Product not received after 2 weeks

The product is awesome, but the communication could be a little better. I placed the order and heard nothing until the shirts arrived about a month later (which may have been extended because of Christmas shipping delays), which made me a little nervous. They did eventually respond to my email to ask if I had received the items. I'll likely order from them again.

Send me the merchandise I payed for...lets start there.

After two weeks my order hasn't even been processed let alone shipped. This is a Christmas gift that now will never be received on Christmas.

It’s Christmas Eve as I write this review since they just sent the link to me today. If I could give them a score less than 1, that’s what I’d do. My grandson will be one gift short tomorrow. I ordered the personalized Detroit Lions crocs for him, being the ultimate fan that he is. Why email me a survey asking for my review when you haven’t even shipped the item. What did you expect me to say.

The quality was good, I bought the shirt for my brother and he loved it! I will order from here again! The only thing was that I never received a tracking number so that made me nervous! With that being said my brother received his shirt in 15 days from the day I ordered it!

I had ordered a AZ Coyotes XL shirt based on size chart, or so I thought. I got a S instead I sent email inquiry as shown on website. No response. I feel as if I got ripped off on that purchase

They never reply to my email regarding changing my address since their system changed my address to autofault when I placed my order. I never got a response to my three emails, and I don't know if I will ever receive my product since they never responded to my email. If I don't get a response soon, I will dispute all charges. I will never order from this company again.
