I’ve been obsessed with Mabel Love Co for a while now and every piece I’ve ordered has been perfect. The quality is actually better than I expected — the denim skirts are thick and flattering, and the jewelry doesn’t tarnish. I always get compliments when I wear anything from here. Shipping was fast and the packaging is so cute and personal. Highly recommend if you’re into modest but trendy styles with that Miami vibe. Already placed my second order.

Bought "Sequin Denim Jacket Shorts Women Set" and only got the shorts. Customer service told me it only includes the shorts- no jacket. Description is also super vague and can lead you to believe you are buying a set. Asked to return for a refund only to find out the following: a- store credit only and b- because I live in Canada I must pay for the shipping myself. I usually only buy from reputable and respectable online companies such as revolve or Aritzia as they will always refund your credit card- no such thing as a store credit. Very disappointed with this company. Wouldn't recommended unless you're ready to possibly lose your money.

I purchased a dress on February 17. The dress never arrived and was sent back to the company by yodel with tracking provided . It’s almost May and I am still waiting for my refund now their excuses was it’s Easter . I have emailed over ten times and keep getting told they will pass it on. I am constantly getting ignored. This is actually fraud and they have stolen my money. I’m not sure I will ever get my refund. There is no contact number to ring. I would avoid buying anything from this company. This is extremely stressful trying to get a refund for a dress that never arrived. The customer service is absolutely awful.my whole experience with this company has been very stressful and frustrating.

After doing a bit of research for one specific dress I saw, I managed to find one review that had an image, after more research I come to find that the same review image is on Aliexpress and that the rest of the reviewers match making me think this is a drop shipping company hence why they can't return items.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, never received the dress I ordered and no one could ever tell me why. Still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from them.

Beware ! I ordered a jacket from this company on 12/13/24. It’s now January and I still do not have the faux fur coat I ordered. All of the other packages I ordered around Christmas have been received. Not to mention I found the same exact product on Amazon for a 3rd of the cost. If I ever receive this item, I’m returning it.

Made another successful order ! The jewelry and clothes amazing. I love my order came on time for a trip and the jewelry I could wear in the water without worrying if it turns a different color !! This is always my go to for a lot of events or getting cozy comfortable clothing . I always read the description of the outfits I get and I also reach out to communicate with the company if I ever have any questions and the company does respond back to you . The company does allow refunds or exchange . Overall always happy and satisfied

Vorsichtig ! "0" Sterne !!! Warnung vor diesem Verkäufer ! Ich hatte dort ein hübsches Kleid bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war schon überhaupt nicht akzeptabel. Es hat Wochen gedauert bis das Kleid endlich ankam. Das gelieferte Kleid entsprach überhaupt nicht den in der Größentabelle angegebenen Maßen. Es sollte ein Kleid in der Größe XL sein und in der Realität hatte es die Abmaße maximal der Größe M !!! Der Schriftverkehr mit Mabel Love war eine einzige Katastrophe. In den Angaben steht, dass Mabel Love für Fehler in dieser Art für Abhilfe sorgt. Das war wohl nicht..... )-: Beim Einloggen um einen Rücksendelabel zu erhalten wurden Rücksendekosten von 167,- € verlangt. Dafür hätte ich fast 4 Kleider kaufen können..... Ein Gutschein über 40,- € wurde mir angeboten. Aber warum sollte ich bei Mabel Love nochmal etwas kaufen, was überhaupt nicht passt.....!! Nach weiterm unsinnigen e-Mail Verkehr wurde mir ein Rücksendelabel zugeschickt. Diesen habe ich auch von der gleichen Mabel Love e-Mail Adresse wie alles andere auch erhalten. Nachdem ich das Kleid dort hin zurück gesendet habe. Ist auch laut Tracking dort angekommen...., musste das erst geprüft werden..... Dann wieder sinnloser E-Mail Verkehr..... Und wieder ein Gutschein für Kleidung die total falsche Größenangaben hat. Mabel Love ist nicht zu empfehlen ! Jetzt ist das viel zu kleine Kleid weg ! Und mein Geld ist auch weg !!!
