I am concerned about the inconsistency in their moderation decisions. A positive review I left for my doctor was removed without sufficient explanation. At the same time, another review containing explicit profanity, offensive language, and personal insults remains publicly visible. This type of content clearly violates basic standards of respectful communication and undermines the credibility of their platform. Allowing such reviews to remain while removing legitimate, respectful feedback raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in YELP review policies. VERY BAD company!!!

I used them to find a repair man. They gave my info to every repair men instead of the few I choose! Blew up my phone so bad I had to turn it off. Today I've received more emails from Yelp than I thought was possible. I blocked them, and they fill up my junk mail. This abuse/harassment can not be legal! And the few I found all lied and told me it was unrepairable!

Yelp is fraud. They placed a fraudulent one star review on my profile when I declined their paid advertising. They will not remove it unless I pay the $380.00 to advertising with Yelp. Extortion is legal
