I accidentally got the date wrong and bought tickets for the Mad Cool Festival. When I contacted Lyte customer support, my request was resolved in a very short time frame. Very happy with the service (the operator was Ryan) and all the recommendations.

Had problems with my ticket being missing and Ryan found out it was a different email and instantly helped me resolve my issue and I currently have my ticket and can’t wait to go lost paradise, big up’s to Ryan the goat
