I had a tremendous positive experience with the agent of customer service of Lysol. He was great: always showing he was there for me, doing exactly what he promised ("give me a minute") and he was back before the minute end. He got happy when finally he had good news for me. Lysol is a great company for me since I saw their videos in Tripadvisor and now with this examplary customer service assistance.
