If there was a 3.5 out of 5 I would rate it that. Now at first I was confused with accessing the control panel. I feel in the emails it should say when you get access to the control panel. I know it is a simple mistake. but I would prefer if it was stated. Another problem is the tutorial. As one Redit user stated in a post about how to use the control panel, "That's the reason I dislike LYHME's service. There is literally no starter guide or a working help desk." However another user stated, "I don't know why people say the support is bad but it really isn't. Uncle Lyhme himself added me on discord and even joined my server to help me." I agree with the fact that this service does not provide a tutorial on using it. Making a tutorial would make the experience more user friendly since there aren't any current toturials on using it. I think there should be a toturial on how to use this service. If it is more user friendly it would be a way better service and I would rate it a 4. P.S. I have not used the discord to help with adding stuff to my server but I may edit this once I see the experience of using the discord server.

The servers are very good and easy to run but the support takes upwards of a day no matter what time to get back to a support ticket. I don’t know if this is only me but it takes so long... Other than the support though a very good cheap hosting service

My server hasn’t been working, I opened a ticket, and have only had a few responses that were of no help. Kinda wish they would check into it. Ticket is #2018-A466544

It took a long time to get the server running, as their pre-made server files were pretty much useless. Most of the vanilla config files were missing, as well as many of the Rocket configuration files. The only solution I could find was to delete the "Server" folder and restart the server, forcing their Unturned installation to regenerate the server files properly. Their Rocket plugin installer is fairly lackluster as well. Only some plugins are available for automated install, and their configuration file editor/finder for Rocket is unusable as far as I can tell (e.g. all plugins are apparantly using the same non-existent config file). Instead of using their installer, I just upload the plugin DLLs to the appropriate place, restart the server, and edit the config files manually. However, the automated Rocket installer works perfectly. A similar story is found with the automated workshop map installer, as it isn't as straightforward as it could have been. When it does install the map, it doesn't even install it correctly. Instead of putting the map in the "Server" folder like it should be, it installs it in the "Maps" folder. This would be correct for singleplayer, but not for servers. I had to manually upload my maps to the correct location for it to work. However, it's smooth sailing after creating the server and installing plugins. There's low ping, no server-side lag, and great uptime. I have no comments on their customer service, as I haven't used it (unless the automated "your server is offline" messages sent to me when trying to get it to work count as support). Pros: + Relatively low price + Great uptime + Low ping + High quality server hardware (no server-side lag) Cons: - Beginner unfriendly - Automated plugin/map installers are broken - Pre-generated server files were also broken tl;dr high quality servers once everything is running, but the automated installers are universally broken and unusable
