I have to give this company a three because yes I received the package, but there communication could use a complete overhaul. I've emailed them about returning my package with images, no response. I've emailed there support team, no response. I've called the number on the website...no response. I understand that it takes time to get back to people, but it should be atleast in a 24 to 48hr window. Update: I received a response within a 72hr window, but the return policy was abysmal. Note: I will be using there words not mine. Option 1: You may return the items directly to our warehouse. A 40% deduction will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling fees; you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to the warehouse. Option 2: Alternatively, you may choose to keep the items without returning them; in this case, we will refund 10% of the purchase price. Im all for the success of small businesses, but this predatory. So, still waiting on a response to this email, if I get one. I will update.

Ordered the screen weeks ago. Never showed up. Says it’s paid through PayPal but PayPal says there’s no record of the payment. THIS IS A SCAM. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Absolute horrible customer service. Ordered two magnetic screen doors and the package was delivered with a a cut that went through the screen. I sent pictures immediately. After a week of asking fir a refund, they determined it was my fault. BBB and other claims are filed. Lets shut this garbage company down

I DO NOT RECOMMEND for customized items. We are extremely disappointed with this company and service. We ordered a custom screen for our door and it doesnt fit!! The site specifically asked for dimensions of our doorway - in which we gave 34 in x 92 (Width x Length). We checked it 3 times to be sure and precise since we knew we could not return. We received the screen and it looked a bit narrow so we measured it on the floor before applying the adhesive and it measured 33 1/2 x 91 1/2. That is NOT what we sent to them, they should have made the screen 2 inches longer than the door dimensions - not shorter! We tried to contact customer support for a fair resolution to send this one back and send us the correct size being they clearly did not customize the screen with correct measurements. But nope, they would consider sending a new one for $20 more on top of the $77 we paid. I was baffled being it was their error and they would have seen that, when they measured it themselves on the return! We feel scammed by this company with their no exchange/return/refund policy regarding customized purchases. They can mess it up and then the consumer is the screwed one. $77 down the drain. BEWARE! I did give an extra star because the screen itself is very pretty (we purchased the white) and durable.

Fits like a glove and works perfect. I ordered white and it looks great. I may order a black one too. When the sun is setting at certain time of the day the white gets a pretty good glare going for a few minutes. Most important it sure does keep the fly's out.

Could have had more communication through the shipment process but overall pleased.
