Horrible Experience. Scammed out of 1200, no results, LESS THAN A MONTH OF COMMUNICATION IN TOTAL. TOOK UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. Brandon was VERY DISRESPECTFUL, VERY DISMISSIVE, AND REFUSED TO GIVE CONTACT INFORMATION TO HIS UPPER HAND. LAW SUIT IN ACTION. TOTAL SCAM. STAY FAR FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD OWNED MONEY. I'M DISGUSTED. THOUGHT THEY COULD BE TRUSTED. NOPE. REFUSED ANY TYPE OF REFUND. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Working with Brianna and the LYFE Marketing team has been a great experience. She’s been responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping Jax Water Adventures grow. From campaign setup to creative ideas, LYFE Marketing made everything easy and enjoyable.

No accountability I pointed out that there was a breach of contract and I have yet to get any response. We were more than willing to negotiate a resolve but they take no accountability. We will be taking a legal approach.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No ROI After 5 Months After 5 months with Lyfe Marketing, we saw absolutely no return on investment. Their team significantly overpromised and underdelivered on every aspect of the service. Our plan included management of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with 2 images and 1 video per week,12 posts per month, ad management, and page monitoring. None of these produced any measurable results. Over the entire period, our account gained fewer than 60 followers— far from the significant growth they repeatedly promised. Multiple representatives assured us that the first months would focus on organic growth before paid ads began, and that we’d see strong results early on. That never happened. Communication was also poor — calls only occurred when we reached out to request them. Our recommendations and strategies (design ideas were not implemented.) Not to mention, they're idea of advertisements were terrible. When questioned, Lyfe Marketing’s response was to hide behind their contract fulfillment, ignoring the fact that fulfillment means nothing without results. Their actions showed more interest in collecting payments than delivering value or genuine growth. In my opinion, Lyfe Marketing misrepresented their capabilities and took advantage of our trust as a small business seeking expert guidance. The experience was unproductive, unprofessional, and a total waste of money. I strongly advise other business owners to think twice before working with Lyfe Marketing. What they sell as a partnership in growth turned out to be nothing more than empty promises and minimal effort.

We've been working with Lyfe Marketing for over a year now. They have handled both our social media marketing and Google PPC. Both have been excellent experiences and we really rely on Lyfe Marketing's marketing knowledge, technical expertise, and creativity. Our Account Manager, Lucas, is responsive and always helpful no matter how minor the question or issue. It has been a true pleasure to count Lyfe Marketing as a partner in our corner!

I was approached to become an platform user and upload the 3 sets of data and use my own funds I am a pensioner and the significant outlay cost have made it impossible to complete the third set of data my account is currently -$836.36 USD this is my personal funds already expended in the platform I just want my money back which is owed and I don’t want to do the role at all .. as a Pensioner I’ve now been without this money since the September 1 2025 approximately $836.36 USD and the platform CSO just ignores me … I want my money back

BEWARE - Scam Agency. Highly misleading contract terms. They will say they will 3 campaigns and 12 ads a month... Yet, they really mean 3 campaigns and only 3-4 ads that will be repurposed into 3 campaigns. Needless to say it overstates their productivity. When brought to their attention, they delay, deny and try to gaslight you. In addition to not addressing the issue and effectively breaching their contract terms, they go further to demand a full 3 month payment without having delivered ANY assets. Client Beware!

Lucas and LYFE have been nothing short of outstanding for my company. Thier level of detail and quality of work, is some of the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend Lucas and LYFE as a marketing strategic partner!
