I paid to get advertisement on all the major social media platforms. They were unsuccessful with Facebook and Instagram and all I got was TikTok. They didn’t reduce my fee. They charged me the same and I don’t think that’s fair. I didn’t get what I paid for.

Don't Waste Your Money
When I started this journey with Lyfe, I was so excited. I even wrote a great review for them in my first month in. I spoke too soon. The ads they placed hit chaffs. I sold in trickles and could not even cover a quarter of their first month's fee not to talk of break even, while they excused it as testing. If you don't have a lot of money to burn, just walk away from these people. They are not good at Facebook ads in the least.

LYFE Marketing charged my credit card…
LYFE Marketing charged my credit card $1,147.50 without authorization after I had already paid $1,439.51 in March for a separate campaign. When I disputed the charge, they told me they refuse to work with any client who opens a dispute — a policy they apparently invented on the spot to avoid accountability.
Beyond the billing issues: the creative work was poor enough to require multiple revision rounds before it was remotely usable, and it was clear the output was AI-generated or handed to a junior associate with no real oversight.
If you're considering them for paid advertising, look elsewhere. An agency that responds to billing disputes by threatening to drop you is not an agency worth trusting with your ad spend.

Disconnect between sales promises and fulfillment capacity
I am writing this review to warn other small business owners about the severe gap between what LYFE Marketing’s sales onboarding team promises and what their fulfillment team actually delivers.
Before signing our agreement, their representative explicitly stated in writing, "We can design anything... we can turn your vision into reality," assuring us that their team could use specified AI tools to deliver a realistic product image of what our final retail product would look like, and agreed they could work directly from our raw component assets—specifically photos of unlabeled and uncolored physical product samples—while our pre-production retail samples were being manufactured. We provided these raw assets alongside exact HEX color codes, label artwork files, a detailed brand brief, and even our own generative AI images for reference. Relying entirely on this technical representation, we moved forward and paid our initial onboarding fees
It was clear from the beginning that the fulfillment team was unable to meet the expectations set by the onboarding process and sales agent. Instead of using our source assets to create a final, realistic product image which they explicitly stated they could deliver during onboarding, it was obvious they chose to replicate the placeholder AI images I had shared to assist them, and even failed to label our products with the provided files.
When we pointed out these errors, management backtracked completely, stating in writing: "...it would help us greatly if you are able to provide product photography, as that allows for better accuracy... product photography can help ensure the final assets are as accurate and aligned with the actual product as possible." This blatantly contradicted the exact AI technical solution they sold us to secure our business.
If you’re a business without final retail-ready photography, be incredibly careful with the verbal and written technical promises made to you during their sales loop. I also highly recommend any small business owner thoroughly check their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating and reviews before moving forward.

Interview Process Appears to Exploit Candidates for Client Work
The interview process was extremely disappointing and, frankly, excessive. After going through three interviews and completing practice tests, I was ghosted after reaching the final round.
It was a poor candidate experience, especially when Tamika and Brandon did not respond to follow-up emails after I had invested significant time in the process.
The “test” also appeared to be based on a real campaign the company was actively running. Because of that, it was difficult not to feel as though the assignment was being used to obtain free work from candidates, or at minimum, that the process was poorly structured and lacked transparency.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, inconsiderate, and not respectful of the time and effort candidates are expected to give.

Ghosted before we started
We scheduled an introductory Zoom meeting with them and we were ready but they never initiated the session. We called to ask them about it. No response at all. We dodged a bullet by finding out about them before we spent anytime considering them. Be forewarned!

Honestly before starting there was a…
I signed up with LYFE Marketing for a social media advertising service. There was a lot of promise during the sales process, but my experience during the contract was disappointing.
The video content delivered did not meet a reasonable standard — I raised specific concerns about audio quality and delivery, all documented in writing. When I asked for the work to be redone, I was told it would cost extra per video, even though video production was included in the service I was paying for.
I cancelled properly through my Account Manager, who confirmed the cancellation in writing, submitted it to billing, and I received an official offboarding email. Everything was agreed and processed by both sides.
After I posted my original honest review, the response was not to address my concerns — it was to send legal threats demanding I remove the review within 48 hours, issue inflated charges, and threaten collections. I was told in writing that their company policy "prohibits them from continuing to work with clients who have public negative reviews." In other words, they refused to deliver services I was paying for unless I deleted my honest feedback.
On top of this, legal correspondence they sent me included another client's confidential signed information — clearly sent in error. When I raised this, it was ignored.
In my experience, the contract terms are heavily weighted in their favour, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to read everything very carefully before signing. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
