U.S. Luxury ShippersReviews of luxuryshippers.com

I called last minute and had my car shipped from Miami to Buffalo in a matter of 2 days. Every other company I spoke to said it would 3-4 weeks. Overall, I had an incredible experience and I would highly recommended speaking to Jackie! I'll be using them again soon!

Needed rapid and efficient transport on short notice and that's exactly what I got. Got my car from Midwest to Tri State in <2 days. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Art and Val were kind, helpful, and professional. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Jackie is the MAN! My dealer back east had some shippers they defaulted to that "Jay Leno uses". I called them to confirm pickup etc, and the dude gave me attitude when I groaned at the pickup/delivery times..."go find it faster if you want". OK! I called around and talked to a half dozen or so, and Jackie was by far the easier and gave me his word he'd have that car picked up by that weekend and at my house by the next, beating "Jay Leno's" guy by a week at best for same cost and higher quality I'm sure. My new Corvette was accompanied by 5 Lamborghini's, so she was in good company! That's how Jackie rolls...big league! I'd use them again 100% Great communication and just a cool dude to work with! Thanks Jackie!

I live in California but bought a vintage car located in Connecticut, about as far away as could be. I shopped around for shipping quotes and when Jackie called me back (very quickly) I knew I had the right people for the job. The quote was reasonable (not the highest, not the lowest), but more importantly, Jackie took the time to discuss with me what I wanted and what mattered for a good long-distance enclosed shipment. His attention to assuring that I'd have great communication, quick service, and a known truck made it easy to pick US Luxury over all the generic truck brokers (where I've had a couple less-than-stellar experiences). We made the deal and when Jackie called back an hour later he already had a truck ready to pick up my car the next day! Delivery was promised to me within 7 days and sure enough, 6 days later I got a call from the driver to arrange delivery (I was given updates along the way as well). The driver was great and his enclosed trailer would make some people's homes look shabby! It was state-of-the-art in loading and storage technology and as clean as a showroom-new car. My car was delivered in pristine condition, having travelled on a truck carrying nothing but super-nice, covered cars. The word "Luxury" in their name isn't just a marketing ploy - it's apparently exactly what they do. I highly recommend Jackie and U.S. Luxury Shippers!

Great and Fast they transported my Bentley from CA to NJ in 4 days

My experience was excellent. I have used other carriers and they do not compare in terms of reliability, being communicative, doing what they say they will when they said they would, ALL of which U.S Luxury Shippers did do. When shipping a high quality car, I feel very comfortable that these guys will take very good care of the vehicle.

Luxury Shippers always delivers the greatest most reliable service. Jackie is a true professional in a tough industry. We have worked with Luxury Shippers for quite some time and have never been let down. Fast, Friendly, and Reliable! 100% recommend.

When we found out that we would be relocating across the country, we were terrified by the prospect of having to ship our vehicles. We had heard horror stories of cars being damaged in transport or lengthy delays before they arrived. After an extended google search and looking at reviews for dozens of companies, we decided to use US Luxury Shippers. With only a weeks notice, Jackie was able to secure a pickup window on our desired shipping date. He was also very communicative throughout the whole process and always kept us informed. The rates were also extremely competitive, as he was able to find an enclosed carrier for the same cost my company was going to pay for an open transport. The driver was also prompt and showed up for both pickup and delivery within minutes of his scheduled times. The car arrived at its destination in flawless condition and right on time. Could not be happier with the experience and would certainly use their services again if ever required. Highly recommended!
