Experience was excellent, cost was reasonable. The only hitch was, they only shipped one of two pieces. They quickly sent the 2nd piece within 3 days of when I contacted them.

The shipping from the West to Ohio arrived on time & the company communicated shipment information well. Service is easily accessible & friendly. I had trouble getting the counter top to me without it being cracked. They sent two that cracked and then sent the third with a different carrier and that one was perfect. Didn't like the inconvenience but was very pleased that they did whatever it took to fulfill their obligation. The fixtures and cabinet are beautiful as is the countertop....now. great job if only the carriers handled it with a little more care.
