There is a lot of value to this product. You need to invest quite a bit of time in the process but I believe if you do so you will see a return on your investment.

I am a captive insurance agency owner and I was looking for another lead source, but I wanted it tailored to my needs: high value, high profit, high retention. It also needed to be tailored to my captive provider's appetite. I, along with the guidance of my Lux Rep, determined how best to attract those clients and target them specifically using the Luxe system. It is a great system, and, if you are willing to do the work, will produce the results you are seeking!

I spoke with Ramzi Malas in August of 2022, he asked what are my ideal clients, then assured me of numerous meetings with qualified doctors, after 6 weeks of starting the course, or money back no questions asked. I paid 20k CDN based on this assurance. After enrolling I met with Bilal who said I would not have success with doctors, but to pick something else. I then met with Tiffany the account manager, who told me to become very specific, and said I would have tons of success booking with auto parts business owners. I spent a ton of time revamping LinkedIN, my website, CRM, messaging, everything to market to auto parts business owners. Then after spending multiple hours developing lists, sending messages, etc, Tiffany told me we need to completely change, and to just market to business owners in general. This was a complete 180 from the course messaging which was to create a niche. I started to realize that Tiffany was extremely rushed during our meetings, and needed to get on to the next person, didn't have time to dig deep and help me get things rolling. I really tried however and applied myself for that time period, following up as much as possible, with very little in terms of results. Then my worst fear in life happened: My 20 yr old daughter was rushed to emergency and almost died. It was the worst week of my life emotionally. A couple weeks later she was rushed to emerg and almost died again. I went through all the stages of disbelief, anger, depression, hopelessness, the absolute worst month of my life. I send a message to Bilal, explaining the situation, and that i do not have the energy to negotiate, please just refund the fee and I will perhaps revisit in a better frame of mind. His response was "no refunds, non-negotiable". I have met people without integrity before, but these people have sunk to a new low. It has been more than a year now, and I have thought about this situation over and over, and I was simply going to let it be, and carry around my opinion of this firm and their founders to myself, but recently they sent me 2 emails asking for a review. I ignored the first, but today's request prompted me to write this completely honest and rational review of perhaps the most horrible firm I have ever dealt with. They speak about integrity all the time, but their actions have been the opposite of their words. Unfortunate they are still in business. If you are looking for a company that walks the talk, look elsewhere.

Continuous service and care with commitments to help grow business is excellent. For a customer like me, those are great experiences.

I have been a client since April 2021, so over 3 years now. I’m an FA with one of the large firms in the US. Their system is 100% legit, and has helped me generate many prospects and appointments to my pipeline, and ultimately a level of assets that I have been meeting and exceeding performance levels at my firm since joining SLS. I’d say the biggest benefit is the automation and how they help you set it all up - when I checked right now, the system has taken over 110k actions on LinkedIn for me in 3 years. That’s connections, follow up messages, etc. It’s been a huge help and there’s no way even if I spent 5 hours a day that I could produce that level of volume contacting prospects. If you need more appointments, more introductory calls, and more people in the pipeline I highly recommend their system.
