Service could not deliver on volume promises. Many leads were unqualified or trying to pitch us on their product. After discontinuing the service, their tech team is unable to stop the messages from being sent, so I'm sending messages endlessly with no ability to stop them.

To date i have paid $10,000 to Lux Sales Consultants but have no success story. The time allotted for coaching is very short for a meaningful discussion to take place and I have not heard from anyone in 3 weeks. It another month that i have not made my variable compensation.

I think the general idea is a good one. Use LinkedIn and other strategies to build a pipeline. For a new advisor or someone who's struggling to figure out how to market themselves, this probably could have been more helpful. As someone who's had their practice for almost 15 years and was looking to see how to enhance our outreach, this fell short. The good: Help turning your LinkedIn profile into a well designed Niche that captures who you are. The profile work they did was great. Also helping you understand how to better use Sales Navigator and (in my case) Ulinc to create automations has proved to be helpful. The bad: Coaching did not feel at all on caliber with the cost that was paid. I'm not sure if I grasped everything quicker than most or what, but after about week 2 my coaching was basically "keep on keeping on" and "let me know if you want to rehearse the script." It wasn't until my exit interview with the founder in the 3rd month that I learned there was a whole other channel of marketing that my coach did not explain/mention/teach. I understand they had something going on, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction in not even getting the full value that I paid for (which is a lot mind you), the response was: "Well subscribe for a full year (at $1000/month) and we'll give you an extra month free to make up for it." Quite frankly I was extremely unhappy with the value that I got relative to what I paid. I was not going to pay a single dollar more. All in all, there were aspects that were valuable, and do have a cost/value that should be considered. But I would personally not recommend any advisor who already has a healthy practice to consider doing this. For context, I did not sign up right away. I did a lot of research and watched many of their marketing videos before deciding to go at it, and I did not make a half attempt either.
