I was promised a stretch limo and then emailed twice with two different car types but couldnt cancel as I was within the cancellation window. They had a sedan AND an SUV show up. The driver lied and said the parking lot was closed. It wasnt. i saw when i went out. He didnt want to park and come in, even though i paid for full service, driver and tip . I complained to credit card company an the company sent though the confirmation email. But as i mentioned above this was a bait and switch. The dispatcher said he would listen to the tape and call me back that day.. It is now approx 3 months later. scam scam scam.

I hired a van for 4 hours to show us around Brooklyn and then take us to the airport. Our driver Anthony was helpful and fun and made this a great way to end our vacation.

very helpful considering we were unable to locate our drier at La Guardia. I would use again and recommend to others

I used to Luxor to book a limo for our wedding. The website gave true prices and to the point no BS. The prices were very good! Our driver was on time and very courteous. I would definitely book again

Very professional, came on time. Looking forward to using their services again.

After a blip at the airport as driver was waiting in different section we had a very enjoyable journey from Newark to Times Square limo was fab and very clean. Many thanks.

This limo fleet is familiar with picking passengers up at NY ports, and when we were directed across the street from the terminal, our driver knew that, and was the second vehicle to pull to the curb for us with a clean new car. The driver was polite, and helpful with bags. The price was very comparable and I would definitely use this company again.
