Both trips the drivers were on time the automobiles were very clean and drivers were very courteous.

I accidentally picked the wrong location of our hotel but our driver was nice enough to drive us to the right place. This is the second time I've used Luxor and have been extremely impressed both times.

The driver was right on time. He was very nice and accommodating. The limo was gorgeous and clean. It was exactly what I asked for and they had champagne glasses and ice in the limo which is what I asked for as well. We had such a great time! Thank you Luxor Limo for making my 21st birthday one to remember!!! XO

Everything was fine although the car was 10 minutes late, but what can you expect the day before Thanksgiving. A smoth ride with a nice, clean, comfortable car and a polite and cautious driver! But I think it should be made clear at the web site that the price you receive when confirming your booking and charge to your credit card is not the final price! The final and higher price (it was actally 30% higher) is stated on the email that you receive a few hours later as confirmation, but who notices that....

Good customer service on the phone

Very satisfied with the service. Both drivers from Newark airport to our hotel and back to the airport were on time, courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend your services to anyone.

Driver had no idea how to get to LGA- which I assume they do often?? It seemed like he was taking longest route possible to, maybe for money.. Bad service for pickup too. Terrible communication with driver and almost impossible to locate at pickup. He had our flight number and airline, it should not have been a struggle to get him infringe baggage claim. Will never use this service again, over priced and awful service.

We used Luxor from NYC to DC and back, this past Thanksgiving weekend. The drivers were punctual, helpful and skillful. The sedan was very comfortable, clean and a smooth ride. We have no complaints and will use Luxor again.
