We had a summer NYC/LI wedding during the middle of a July heat wave. For the price of the limo, I was hoping we would be getting a well versatile Limo Bus that can handle the rigors of NY. Unfortunately not. The AC wasn't operating properly. For the ~1 hour limo ride back to the City, it was uncomfortable. At times, it was actually cooler outside, in the heat/humidity than inside the bus.

I cannot express my total satisfaction with Luxor Limo. The customer service was impeccable and I was a real pain in the rear! I had to change things and whenever I called whoever I spoke to was so patient and kind and handled the changes. Our driver was great, on time and had a great personality. The limo was beautiful, very clean and the drinks were cold with lots of fresh ice. I highly recommend Luxor Limo. Give them a call you won't be disappointed. Oh and the price was more than fair, much lower than several other services I called -- so GREAT value for the $$ too!

Our limo driver was so nice, courteous, and a good driver. Unfortunately, the limo office did not tell him our Terminal that our international flight was leaving, I called the office and had to ask the operator who "thought" it was the correct terminal. I had to tell the driver. In my opinion, this was not worth the $200 from Newark to Kennedy. I don't blame the new driver at all...office personal needs guest relations work.

The driver was waiting for me on time when I arrived in NY, very attentive and a really nice guy. He gave me a quick tour on the way to the apartment. The car had wifi, which was very useful for communicating with my company to let them know I was on my way. Anyway I spent most of my time talking with the driver. Really great experience!

For such an important day as my daughters sweet Fifteen was, my expectations were high. I did not foresee the unprofessional service provided by this company. The driver came with a dirty attire, the car was beat up, the inside floor and seats were full of chip crumbs. And as I gave my feedback to the manager.. He did not care and simply asked for a balance. Awesome business huh... You live and you learn.
