Arranged collection from JFK on line. There were some issues with contact number/collection time but sorted out easily over the phone when we arrived with customer service agent who was very professional. The car was comfortable and clean and service as expected. Our driver was not particularly welcoming or friendly but we got up to our destination without any issues so only a minor point.

We can't say enough good things about this limo service. Honest, efficient, economical - this company had it all. We were traveling from rural PA to JFK, a true culture shock. There was no need for our apprehensions. The service met us at the train station and made our transport to the airport effortless. Actually, we are still confused as to why anyone would ever take a taxi to JFK, giving the economic comparisons. Thanks for a great experience.

Used Luxor from Newark Liberty to Midtown Manhattan. Excellent! On time, very polite driver spotless and very comfortable car. Liked it so much used them again for the return journey.

Don't hesitate to ask for Bruce the driver. He is perfect driving you for wedding or a drive for lovers.
