I have ordered the BOGO bodysuits twice. The quality is fantastic, and it's incredible how many inches are decreased in waist size when wearing them. I'm able to tighten my belt by two holes when I'm wearing one of the suits! Additionally, there was a slight issue with my second order, and without question, the issue was corrected. The customer service is fantastic!

The Luxmery bodysuit is fantastic! I had the best customer service experience of my life. I bought three bodysuits the same size. However, a smaller size will fit me better. So I wrote customer service and explained my situation, and Jane promptly responded. She offered me two solutions: one, to refund me, and the second, to send me a smaller size, but without returning the product for hygienic reasons. She even suggested that I be given to someone in need as a gift. Of course, I chose the replacement because of their excellent quality, and I am happy I did. Their customer service policy is top class and makes you recommend the product (VERY GOOD) and the brand! I already did it :) I will order more from their range! Thank you, Jane and Luxmery!

The item i ordered was too small ( even thou i did use the measurement chart). The quality was excellent but item too small on the bust , ideally need cup sizes . The body was only available in s/m/l etc. I contact the customer service team by email and got a response within the 48 hrs period specified. I asked to return it and get the next size up even thou I'm in the UK I liked the item and wanted it . I was dealt with by Jane who was very friendly in her emails and offered me a good will exchange (dont refund or exchange under garments).I can keep the original item and re gift it, very few business in the UK would do that , so thank you very much, impressed to say the least thank you Jane

The Luxmery bodysuit is amazing! Great product but even better costumer service. I reached out to them regarding me ordering a wrong size, they were very fast and sent out a smaller size and instructed me to just keep the one I had and gift it to someone. Thank you Jane for making the process so easy! I will definitely be ordering more and recommend it to my friends.

Delighted with my bodysuit and with the ‘buy one get one free’ offer. Wasn’t sure whether my ample body could squeeze into what looks like a way too small garment but it actually does and takes almost 2 inches off my waist! Excellent quality and absolutely first class customer service. I contacted the company to explain that my package contained an extra bodysuit. I received a speedy and very friendly response and was told there was no need to return it. My daughter will be delighted! If like me you’re a bit unsure as to the fit and how effective, give them a go. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I recently ordered 3 bodysuits, two of which were too small. I emailed support and asked about an exchange. I received a very prompt response about not being able to exchange but that they could send me the correct sizes and keep the original ones as a gift. I emailed them back the items I would need a replacement for and again very promptly received an email that they were already being sent. I really appreciate the great customer service. I had been hesitant when I ordered because I was suckered by an influencer. But after this experience I’m glad I tried them out and will definitely buy from them again :) Thank you Shoaib for all your help!
