Fantastic, quality products and brilliant customer service. I requested an alternative size and Ikra in customer services was so friendly and helpful arranging a replacement the same day for no charge. I’m very impressed all round and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more items in the future. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased 2 body suits and was looking forward to trying them on after seeing advertising and positive reviews online. The delivery was very quick and I also benefited from a buy one get one free offer. Having tried the body suits on I was very disappointed with them because they were too long in the body and I didn’t find them flattering at all. I didn’t feel as though they snatched in my body and they were just really uncomfortable to wear. I am a size 10 and purchase the XS/S size. I requested a refund and was initially told I could be sent a petite size but I declined this. I requested a refund again and Jane kindly sorted this out for me with no issues. So even though the product wasn’t right for me, the customer service from Luxmery has been fantastic which is why I have given 5 stars.

I saw an Insta post about how great their product made someone look and tried a few myself. The price was very reasonable, the packaging nice, and the product was what you'd expect for the price. Although they didn't all work for me (not quite as much elastic as this old body needs), the company made it easy to contact them and honored its return/refund policy . Highly recommended company!
