After seeing the Luxmery body sculpt product on Instagram I purchased the original. I did like the product but having a short torso it did not work for me. I contacted customer support about a return. Reading the reason why I was returning the product they said they have a new product for shorter torsos and offered to send one to me. I declined. I then received another email from Ikra, stating my full refund had been started should show on my original form of payment within 5-10 work days. Great communication and customer support!

Jane was very helpful. When I sent an email over saying I made a error by choosing the wrong sizes for my order they emailed me back immediately and told me that they recieved my inquiry and to wait 48 hours. They got back to me the same day, changed my order to the correct sizes, and I am a satisfied customer. Great customer service. 😃
