Ikra provided excellent customer service. The bodysuit was not right for me and she quickly responded to my email and offered a different replacement for free. Really a good shopping experience ! Thank you Luxmery

I was accidentally sent the wrong item in my order. Customer service was great and responded quickly and sent me the item I originally ordered without charge. They even let me keep the wrong item sent to me. High recommend and Jane was great!
