I placed my order and could not wait to try on my new bodyshaper. But I ordered M/L and it was way to big. I emailed and called to see if I could do an exchange. I was surprised to here that I was going to be sent the correct size XS/S and I could keep the M/L. Excellent customer service.

I was very excited when my Luxmery bodysuit arrived. I immediately went to try it on could not get it to go over my shoulders so I figured out that I must have ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer support. They responded very quickly with a kind and courteous message and offered to help figure out the right size. As it turns out, I just needed to step into the bodysuit and then it went on right away. I emailed back to say I had figured out what I had done wrong. Luxmery has awesome customer support they are very quick to respond to problem solve and to get issues resolved. I am impressed with the customer support and the bodysuit!

I was a wee bit skeptical when ordering from them initially, but the whole experience has been solid. The sub delivery company in Canada, UniUni, delivered my package to the wrong address. I submitted a complaint and never heard anything back, and reached out to Luxmery to see if they can help. They did! Ikra went above and beyond and is sending me a new package with an updated a size for me, after I’d tried on a friend’s body suit and realized the large was too big. I can’t wait to receive the product, but the service/honesty of the company is solid!

To my surprise, Jane, a customer support representative at Luxmery, responded within the first hour and resolved all my issues.
