Jane's help with the returns/ refund process when my garments didn't quite fit perfectly was amazing - prompt and helpful.

I had forgot to include a line in the shipping address and contacted customer service hoping to get it corrected. Jane was fast and efficient, super helpful in getting it done. Thanks Jane!! Can’t wait to try everything.

Great customer service! I was unhappy with my order and Jane made it right! Based on my experience with Luxmery, they value their customers! Will be ordering again.

I needed to exchange two items for a bigger size . Customer service got back to me within a few hours even though I emailed on a Sunday . By Monday morning I received an email from Shoaib with confirmation that the new items were already being shipped. They were fast, kind and easy to work with.

Customer service was amazing. I ordered the wrong size and they were quick and generous in their response to me.

I received a quick and polite response when I requested that my order be canceled.

Very good customer service. Both Shoaib & Jane were very friendly and helped resolve my issue very quickly regarding a return I was inquiring about.

I ordered 3 bodysuits which arrived perfectly, but needed to change my size - Shoaib organised the order for the replacements as soon as I contacted them - their Customer Service is FABULOUS !!
