I had ordered 2 bodysuits from Luxmery and when I tried them on the fit wasnt quite right as they were too long in the torso. So I emailed the Support Team and explained my dilemma. Ikra from the Support Team suggested I try the new petite option which I am going to do. Ikra has now placed my new order and i can hardly wait to try them. Thank you Ikra again for all your help.

Ordered a couple of bodysuits for an upcoming vacation and they were unfortunately too small (wishful thinking that I’d still be a M/L) I reached out to customer support and they responded almost immediately to help me get a new order shipped in my correct size free of charge AND I can keep or gift the bodysuits that I already received which is amazing since I’m a new mum and trying to find the time to return something wouldn’t be easy. Ikra really made something I was stressed about into something so easy and hassle free!

Fantastic customer service - I ordered a bodysuit but didn’t find it comfortable to wear due to the fastenings at the bottom, I got in contact and had replies from Shoaib and Jane, who refunded me without any issues. Would definitely order from Luxmery again if I saw another product that I liked!

I wanted to change my order as I accidentally got the wrong thing.
