I had my house listed with a Realtor…
I had my house listed with a Realtor and Dave Bynum and his associate came to my door posing as potential buyers. They subverted the Realtor hired to sell my property. They never contacted the Realtor but rang my doorbell a couple days before Thanksgiving when I was entertaining my grandson and his friend. Dave Bynum and his associate interrupted and interfered with my personal life and time and misled me with his intentions.

Dear Joni, Our LuxHomePro Team is comprised of active Real Estate Investors specializing in acquiring properties suited for the Short Term Vacation Rental Industry (Aka STR's). We were in your neighborhood area looking for properties that could fit our criteria. Our home offices are based in Scottsdale AZ, so we had limited time to look at properties before returning to our home. Yes, we did knock on your door (door knocking is a common practice for looking at prospective properties). We identified ourselves as Real Estate Investors and asked if we could look at the property. You invited us to do so, which we greatly appreciated. After evaluating your property, we determined it was not a good fit. Therefore, we did not make an offer on the property. If we wanted to make an offer, we would have contacted your Realtor and discussed our options. Our group appreciated the opportunity to see your property. LuxHomePro was in no way was trying to mislead you. We apologize for interrupting you during a family gathering, and for any misunderstanding about our intentions and wish you the very best in selling your property. Dave
