Good luck on trying to exchange unopened product. Ordered #LF639469 on 07/01/26. Their communication is extremely slow, though the website states that they respond by 24-48 hours. It has been weeks, and when they do, they send a generic email asking more questions not even answering your request. TERRIBLE customer service. Oh, and they have a phone number listed but when I call it, it states "This number is not accepting calls at this time". This is on their Contact Us page..."If you still need our help, please contact us below. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours. You can also contact us by email or by phone at +1-888-977-4155. Our competent support team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m to 10 p.m. What a joke. I want my money back at this point. Since they won't instruct you on how to exchange unopened product (I sent them a picture) or return brushes that shed all over your face, I will dispute it with my credit card.
